Bug with all skills?

Before 20 mins i unlocked the first skill from dual weapons, i killed 10 small monsters and it was ready for morph, i also did it
in rapid strikes but i used 2 skill points, the first time my skill point gone and the skill was remained on the first form, with the
second skill point it is with rapid strikes morph.
So, the problem is general, not only with WW ultimate or the soul trap... Today we had maintenance again, but the skills are still bugged,
also i don't have my skill points back...what will happen with this? Could we have an official answer?
Also i have to enable my addons every time which i open the game, if i don't then i don't have enable inside the game my addons...
