The game initiate a itself a reloadui after my character drop on the world, and my UI is resetted

I have two accounts. There UI are identics not by copy past but because i manually redo the same settings on each. I can play fine, on any account at any time, except for one account if i leave the game. (i dont play them at the same time, but one or the other, but the one having problem is always the same.)

I am trying to understand something here. Each time my character log in, the game initiate immediatly a reloadui, meaning that i drop on world and before i can do anything, i have a screen as i had for a time on PVP.
After that, my UI is resetted. All addons are resetted and even the basic UI is resetted when i do not use addon as a test.

Any idea what could cause this please ? any help would be welcome.
