Rimmen necropolis group event not awarding event rewards

I did the Rimmen Necropolis group event earlier this morning with another player, and we didn't get any Witches festival rewards: neither tickets (it was my first boss) nor plunder skull.
Fortunately, I got tickets and a skull afterwards, when I killed the delve boss of the Ebony Crypt.
