Search - Bug or Works as designed?

The new search option is great, but to me there is an issue.
I do have the Leafring from the Light Speaker set. If I search for Light the ring doesn't show up.
Is that intended behaviour?
If so I would like to urge to rethink and extend the search to the Set-Name an item belongs to.
I know there are AddOns out there that actually do this but we all know AddOns need to be updated and maintained and sometimes developers abandon the project or even the game.
