After playing about with some of the new features of the latest patch, I started trying to do todays Pledges. I had a number of problems trying to complete dungeons I've done many times before, as randomly, one or more players in the party will get zapped back to the beginning of the dungeon, right in the middle of the fight. In some dungeons, say Selenes, the players who get zapped cannot get back into the final boss area, and those who eventually die in the final boss area cannot respawn.
After finally growing tired of this apparently systemic bug in the dungeon system (vet or not, doesn't seem to matter), I decided to give the new Reach Arena a try. Everything was going fine through my first area, then zap...I'm standing on some tiny little corner, underneath and outside of the bounds of the zone, with an infinitely tall vertical cliff of super-stretched textures in front of me. Endless mist surrounds me, and the two moons are the only recognizable objects in sight. Only solution was to hop off that tiny little corner of the extraworld to my untimely demise and respawn at the wayshrine.
Upon retry attempts, the frequency of getting zapped to this unholy little corner of .... wherever ... seemed to occur more and more frequently, to the point where it occurred every few minutes. I finally gave up when it happened as soon as the fight started.
This is a fairly serious issue, and seems to affect dungeons and arenas, solo or with a party. I have not given trials a try...so I'm not sure if the issue has been occurring there. I've had confirmation from numerous guildies across several guilds who have encountered the same issue, mostly with pledge dungeons.
