Soul Trap resets to level 1 and looses a skill point upon entering a pvp area after a relog.

Anytime I relog and enter into a pvp area, my soul trap's progression and morph gets reset without refunding a skill point.
I already lost three skill points through this and will not touch this abilty again until it's fixed.
