World Boss/Daily Quest in Markarth not working

Several players reporting this issue in zone chat (happened to me too) that, when you kill world boss called "Four Skull Lookout", it doesn't count as killed (icon in map even ramains black, now white as completed).

Also, because of this, if you have the daily quest for that world boss, you can't complete it either.
