Cart at the Bangkorai Gate doesn't function, but the cart in Markarth does

Hello there,
In response to the other thread complaining about the missing gate to the reach it's really nice the feedback had been taken into consideration and that ZOS added a cart to the Bangkorai and Reach zones to interconnect.
However, on EU Live, the Cart in Bangkorai which is present, doesn't function. The cart from Markarth to Bangkorai does function, however.
