What a flipping suprise, EU server not coming up same time as NA.

Maybe time to invest some actual capital into the most populated server?

    Oddly curious how NA server got their server prioritized over EU, especially since EU is the most populated and revenue generating region.

    it is actually 3:30 pm, so should not be that populated yet.
    At 5-6, people come home from work, at 6 they eat, so most should be online at around 7, when the extended maintainance should be finished.

    I guess you havent been following patch days on EU the last, i dont know few years now?

    They do this nearly every time. And at 7pm when most people sit down and TRY to log in, guess what, the login server will sperg out, like it did literally every single update patch day for ages now.

    So the login server will be overloaded, they will shut down EU for emergency maintenance, and we wont get to play until tomorrow.

    And yes, its a video game only, what irks me is that they keep repeating the same mistakes for EU server, and it clearly shows that we are being treated and 2nd class citizens, even though our server is (by far) the most populated.

    Great, we have UTC+1 now and it is 20:00. Well i don't get daily reward and tickets, i am in midlle of morning shift and nightshift (yes twice on day to work) what a surprise that EU server has problem ...

    how long wil it take ZOS to actually do something decent to improve PC EU server...
    this behavior is almost as *** as the belgian government...

    it also novembre 2nd.... so lots of people have a extended weekend...

    Don't forget 19h is the peak time for Europe.
    It will crash the servers, they will put queue times, we will play "normal" around 22h.

    It saddens me because every major is always the same story.

    It would be nice if they could provide ETAs for Europe in you know, EUROPEAN time zones instead of EST. Just my 2 cents on the issue of being 2nd class citizens.

    Please edit the banner to reflect the new expected end time for EU, as mentioned in the post.

    I was checking the maintenance banner periodically, and when I saw that maintenance is extended, I thought "And of course its EU"... Then I looked at forum threads beneath the banner, and I saw this thread with the same name :D The only funny thing in this situation :/

    Please, add ability to use all new idle animations on every mount!

    Please, fix the bugged lights! They ruin visuals of environment and mounts.

    No, it won't. Tomorrow (and the day after tomorrow) it'll be closed for another 10 hours to apply a hotfix for an unexpected bug that arose with the release of today's update.

    you have a valid point here.

    I think though that you would have login issues anyway, as many people will want to have at least a quick look at the new DLC and visit Markarth.
    I guess the whole week will be far from fun to play.

    I play on xbox but expect similar problems next week on the populated NA server, so will just do daily writs for some days or go to Markarth only on my EU account (xbox EU is pretty deserted meanwhile).

    Maybe we're just fed up that it happens to EU nearly every single time they patch. If there wasn't such strange historical record of disparity between NA and EU patch day delays, then I would've laid off the assumptions. :)

    Beacuse this happens literally every patch cycle to EU, thats why XD

    btw i am 100% sure that the "Techincal Difficulites" actually just means that they only have 1 team working on both servers and theyre just now getting around to updating the EU server with the new patch.

    Yeah patchweek are usually like that, after next mondays patch we should see more stability.
