A guy used to comment on ESO posts on social media, and ended his posts asking for Devs to fix a lorebook he couldn't get (Tome of the Undaunted), with time he got popular and some started to follow ESO posts because of it.
The player was never toxic or unpolite, and some of the ESO community started to follow him on his quest to get the lorebook, stuff like #fixthebook and posting about it.
Social media team sought better to ban the guy out of nowhere..

If they had fixed the issue at all in the past 3.5+ years and counting, including numerous promises to “look into it,” then none of those requests would have been necessary.
But sure, ban someone who happens to be making public your bugs and lack of concern therefor. History shows this works great for PR...5 -
