Pets at craft stations and the craft turn ins

@ZOS_GinaBruno Can we please do something about not being able to craft and turn in writs due to pets. Its getting ridiculous. There's add ons that fix this issue. Implement them please

All those folk there are trying to turn in their writs and cant' because someone has their bear on top of the boxes
