Please give us Oceanic servers.

Now that Microsoft is in charge (well technically.. kinda) can we please get a review on the attached statement posted on the Bethesda ANZ Twitter.

We need locally hosted servers, it's just that simple. We are tired of being ignored as a region from various games, if anything showing the popularity of servers that we *do* have should be an indicator that yes we exist, yes we are here and yes we want to have the same experience as people playing elsewhere in the world.

WTB OCEANIC SERVER -- because 250+ MS is UNPLAYABLE
ESO+ Officially DEAD 2025
WHY do we NOT have cross platform servers in 2025?

This was why I did not play ESO in my home country of New Zealand, they would't give us a server to play properly on. If the server was there you would be surprised at how many would play.
The Oceanic region has been plagued for gaming for many years.

Sometimes all it takes is to just DO something and watch them come running.
    Just my 2c.

I am currently in the UK where now I can play the game alright but having said that, still seeing 120ms spikes lasting a while which is weird.

    When I first started playing the ping was 220 - 250, now its 290 - 320.

Something has changed, I understand the logic of no Oceanic servers, I do not understand why they are satisfied with this obvious degradation in performance. If pings were fixed to how they were in 2016 the demand for Oceania servers would reduce substantially because ~250ms is far more playable than ~320ms.

ZOS has made no comment or commitment to fix the increasingly terrible lag Oceanic players suffer from.

I believe it has something to do with the traffic routed to a particular server, I forget the name but it starts with A. People can use certain VPNs to circumvent this and they report better performance, I don't see why ZOS can't naturally route the traffic around that server, why pay for ESO+ when you also have to pay for a VPN to be able to play the game with any respectable ping.

Zos really need to do a actual head count. Would not surprise me if those who connect via a public vpn is counted as actual NA players by zos.
