I would suggest modifying the help UI slightly for PTS test builds.
I was in the process of trying to offer feedback on the Reconstitution system, and realized there's no place to specifically talk about issues with it in the UI.
Right now we have Impact, Category -> Subcategory -> String (sometimes), but there's no top level choice to focus on feedback for new systems.
For example, I just filed feedback on the Reconstitution system through Items & Equipment -> Equipment (Armor, Jewelry, & Weapons), but I feel like it would be more efficient for whoever's processing it to have dedicated, easy to access and find, sections for major patch features.
