Is there a werewolf bug?

I've been leveling up my stamsorc werewolf and he's almost to 50. I have his werewolf skill line maxed out, but a few times, I have hit my ultimate to transform into a werewolf, it consumes my ultimate, and I see myself transform into a werewolf, but then almost immediately, I am back in human form again.

Is this a bug? Or is something else going on here? It sucks to be a werewolf, to go into werewolf form, only to be instantly transformed back into a human.

There is an old bug with the player being hit during or jsut after transforming into a Werewolf that will cancel the transformation. And sometimes we need to build up the ult again to remove the faulty transformation since we are stuck with the Werewolf skills in human form.

I never got to keep my werewolf skills unfortunately. But that seems to be about right. Each time it happened, the transformation barely completed when I got hit. So I guess the moral of the story is to transform before engaging the enemy.
