Random Normal Dungeon Queue thinks it's Vet if player chosen as leader has Vet Chosen

So if a player has their group set as Veteran and manually selects to queue for a normal random, the ppl who are too low to do a veteran can't enter (even tho it's not Veteran). The group is set as Veteran for a Normal dungeon. The lowbie player cannot port into the dungeon and gets the 'queued too recently' cool down for 12 mins or so if they leave or are kicked. Please fix this. It's isn't fair to be the only one queuing for your level content and the only one that can't get in. I have seen this bug over and over and over again. One group only the leader could get in. Please fix! I made an in game report too. But your character limit doesn't really give enough room to describe it. This is on NA PC
