Can i stun with surprise attack right after stun from Morihaus?

I have a question regarding cooldowns on stuns.
Lets say i knock someone out with Morihaus set. How soon after that will i be able to stun with surprise attack, fear, incap etc?
Also , after a succesfull surprise attack, whats the cooldown before next SA can stun again?

✭After the stun duration ends or you break the stun you get 6 seconds of stun immunity.3 -

Assuming CC immunity doesn't bug out, no. Fears still count as stuns, and so obey the same CC immunity effect that ordinary stuns do.0 -
hakan✭✭✭✭✭i guess the game only differentates the soft and hard ccs. roots and immobilize, works with stuns but im not sure.0
