As far as I can tell, the older opal style pages are NOT dropping on the PTS undaunted event (just the newer ones), and as well, solitude/vampiric plans are NOT on the PTS voucher merchant. So don't expect a price drop on either of those items.
With that said, if anyone can provide a screenie of GETTING an older opal page (ilambris, troll king, engine guardian, or bloodspawn) on the PTS, I'll revise my first statement. Definitely no new plans on the vouch merchant though.

✭As we just got a master writ vendor update you shouldn’t expect to see the Western Skyrim furnishing coffer until at least next spring. Especially as unlike with Dragonhome last year we are getting a significant amount of new furnishings to farm with Markarth.
As for Opal, considering that you can expect a PTS test for New Life Festival this week it’s almost guaranteed that Undaunted will only stick to the listed pages this year. The reasoning for this is that it keeps players focused on a goal and doesn’t dilute the overall loot tables.
So yeah your previous year Opal pages look to be collector items (as intended) while the base Undaunted styles are still premium rarities.0
