Clarification on undaunted event

I've been trying to que on pts as tank hoping others might be doing the same but no luck.
If anybody has been able to get a few runs going, is it per character like some previous undaunted events? or is it per account? 1 big box per account or character?
I remember an event where random normals triggered the good drop and all characters were eligible, however, like the last one, it seems to be dungeon specific.
