Considering it is a separate zone, even though it is part of the same expansion, it seems someone forgot such a glaring detail when setting up this event.

Edit: and yes, I forgot to mention I saw the same thing. I would go as far as saying it is this way on all six servers.

Confirmed that Blackreach nodes aren't dropping double resources but ARE dropping the purple "Box of Grey Host Pillage." PCNA.
