What's a good dps for a mag sorc on 3 mil and Iron Atronach?
Depending on where you play.
PC may have slightly different requirements as typically you can hit a bit harder on pc.
For ps4 75k on a trial dummy is pretty standard for getting into vdlc trials.
3 and 6 million are just used for personal testing purposes.

Most guilds only accept 21mil parse.
All vet trials, including dlc ones can be done with only 60-65k dps. Ofc the more dps the easier it is. So there's no set numbers. It depends on individual guilds. Some newer guilds who just starting, doing progression runs etc, may only ask for 60k+ while some elitist guild may demand 90k+ or they show you the finger and throw insults at you.
just aim for understanding the trials and dungeons first go normal on them learn the mechanics and the dps will come, a groups dps of 200k is more than enough to do craglorn trials, for dlc's 230k-260k groups dps is more than enough, the dummy is all in good for practicing a rotation but that rotation goes out of the window, because the dummy is not fighting back, so just watch you dps in the trials and the more you understand things the higher your dps will go, but you can pull in with very little probs 40-60k in the trial setting with aoes and 1-2 spamable skills
