Regrettably, there is currently no official feedback thread for the effects of the PTS changes on existing sets. (Mods: I encourage you to start one and merge this thread into it.)
For starters, the nerf to Minor Berserk caused Slimecraw (one of my go-to sets when soloing/duoing) to lose 3/8 of its benefit.

Even if that's true, in the face of general crit nerfing, it doesn't change the fact that a monster set that was both good (for non-wardens outside groups organized enough to run Combat Prayer) and fairly easy to get (Vet Wayrest Sewers 1) is now not good.0 -
