Can't log onto a one particular character

Hi,
After I login, one particular character i cannot play. Whenever I click "play", I can see a loading screen, then I get booted to the Mac login screen. After I login again, the ESO client is gone so I have to go to launcher again and start again. This issue just repeats every single time for one particular character. I have no issues with other characters.

I've tried the troubleshooting steps, but the same issues.

However, when I disabled add-ons, I was able to successfully login!
