2 – Adds 666 Weapon Critical (Perfected Only)
2 – Hidden Blade deals 200% more damage to targets under 25% Health when you are standing behind them.
but...
Flying Blade does around 3k damage and nearly no one is using it in PvP.
Any chance for the skill to be reworked during the next PTS patches ?
