My Nightblade stage 4 vampire out of nowhere couldn't heal herself. Neither Swallow Soul or Sap Essence wouldn't give any healing. Dropping vampire stage to 3 with purified mara also didn't start up health recovery. This may have been triggered by resurrecting during a world boss fight? The Bone Pit encounter in Northern Elsewyre. I also noted either Iceheart or Combat Physician set proccing while I was still a ghost...
Relogging seems to have fixed it.
