"you are unable to receive this (Markarth prologue) quest"

Hi,

I cannot accept the quest from quest startes in the crown store. Is there any other way to start the prologue; like an NPC I can talk to?

I did find the solution:

You cannot accept the quest, while the Rivenspire main quest (where you have to talk to Verandis) is active.

Just letting you know in case anyone else is running into that error.

Thank you! I was so annoyed by this bug and I do have the Rivenspire main quest. I abandoned the Rivenspire quest and was immediately able to accept the prologue quest from the crown store.
