Hi,
I cannot accept the quest from quest startes in the crown store. Is there any other way to start the prologue; like an NPC I can talk to?

moonsister✭✭✭I did find the solution:
You cannot accept the quest, while the Rivenspire main quest (where you have to talk to Verandis) is active.

Thank you! I was so annoyed by this bug and I do have the Rivenspire main quest. I abandoned the Rivenspire quest and was immediately able to accept the prologue quest from the crown store.0
