No hes more in the lore, in base game they introduced him in a story. One where he was able to match in sword play against a goddess in a three day duel and won.
Causing an oasis to be formed, this is the lore he was taken from. He played a key role in the whole Leki's Blade thing and hes a big part of Redguard Religion. Being able to beat a goddess in Sword Play, bragging that he can do it and proving himself that he can. Now there is only one thing worthy of making that possible.

I expect that he will live up to his epic name, there is no more worthy way of doing that then showing off as he fights in a vampire lord hes also using a Shehai in that form. Becoming a challenging foe that we have to face With vestige like determination to win.
I want a Shehai for Rada worthy enough to make Sai Sahan drool in jealously as he can't do any Sword singing. I want to see the look on his face when he sees Rada do some full on sword singing. I want to see the epic power and skill that Rada al-Saran is kn own for.
Epic qualities that would make this villain shine, make this dlc worthy of the ages.

I wouldn't hold my breath really, I mean Kaalgrontiid ,the last big bad, I beat just using unarmed and this game doesn't support that playstyle. He was powered up to supposedly be the same level as god, granted we had the Mask of Alkosh (Amulet of Kings V2.0) but still didn't feel threatened enough that I was going to die.

Which is a shame really. I remember back when fights like Molag Bal and Sinmur were actually difficult and you had to prepare for them. Gone are those days

Remember, quest bosses should be beatable for an absolute low-level no-skill RP potato with horrible ping. So, unlikely.

I am a non skill rp potato with horrible fps and I don't see the issue with having a challenging end game boss. Since its the big part of the whole storyline. It should be something you have to prepare for. Do have to have at least one type of boss that requires this. Not hard core but takes a bit of work to defeat.
