Real question though is does that damage done apply to proc sets? If it does there might be some interesting combinations one can make for PVP and solo PVE builds.

I see no use for that item, sorry. Both stam and mag have better healing skills. Yeah you have to press a button to use them but i can manage that.

Well the better you are at the game, the better the ring is going to be, when your dps is lets say 50k that equals to a amount of 7.5k healing per second If I'm not a complete potato with maths. I don't thin there is anything that ticks so fast on DDs, shields in only comparable but that then would require you to first cast it, and 2nd its takes a skill slot on your bar. With the ring you can put that 1 extra dmg skill or buff on your bar which results even in more dmg so more HPS!

People only do 50k dps when they don't have agro, i.e in a group. If you're solo pve or in pvp your dps will be more like 2k -25k dps. Also mythic items are not free to wear; they take the place of something else, like a 5 piece bonus or monster set. So if you're a dd then wearing this ring will lower your dps, which will make it unpopular in groups.

As a solo pve player, you can get 1.5k health every time you hit your 10k spammable. That is what my spammable is at without buffs up. That is pretty powerful. I already think I am dropping my monster set and running this. Paired with surge on my sorc, this will make me nearly invincible. And it will be great for solo pvp too. Passive healing while you are on the offensive. Could free up a slot by removing radiating regen on mag. Or even stack with it to gain more healing.
