Could not hire free traders at trader switch

@ZOS_GinaBruno Today at switch on PS4 EU, we had the same bug as last week were no guilds have a trader hired apparently, but on top of that, my guild could not hire any of the free ones we found after losing our bids. We know for a fact that they were free and up for hire because we witnessed them being hired by other guilds while looking. I have also raised a ticket for this.
Switch on PS4 is getting ridiculous at the moment with the amount of bugs, and we dont see how changing the time for it has done anything to make sure the issues can be fixed quicker. The bug with no trader hired showing didnt get fixed last week, and its still a bug for this week. Also - on a side note - how in the world is it a good idea to make maintenance last during switch??
