Can't use doors etc when dungeon finder pops up?

Just noticed this a couple of times during questing. Usually, if I'm in a quest (specific zone) I can't use doors and such when the dungeon finder finds a group.
When the dungeon finder pops up and I try to use a door it says: attempted jump failed. It happens quite often. Is this a known issue?
