Winterborn Proc Bugged?

Currently the Winterborn ice pillar cannot be procc’d by Frost weapon enchants or the damage component of applying Chilled status effect (through Elemental Weapon, for it can apply pure status effects).
Tested with infused Master Lightning with Frost enchant, Winterborn 5p on body, light attack weaving with Elemental Weapon.
Also tested with infused Winterborn Inferno with Frost enchant, weaving with Elemental Weapon, still not procc’ing.

Of note, I too tested this with a lightning staff. Would be interesting to try a frost glyph on an inferno staff just for shiggles to rule it out.0
