is the final boss in MHK hardmode supposed to only show 3 icons to stand on?

its quite difficult to go for a trifecta run when the puzzle phase happens and only 3 safe zones appear in a 4 man group..

No, you should see four. I am assuming you are referring to the final boss fight. If I remember correctly I have seen the Shock Warden's appear close to or almost on top of the safe spots. And with all that is going on it is really hard to see the spots.

we've had no troubles seeing icons underneath shock wardens. i had to stand in one and keep myself healed with matriarch

It's a bug since initial release of the dungeon.

Not sure if it was reported on forums tho.

Sometimes symbol and that green outliner at the correct safe zone just dissappers, so you need to look closely, you'll see faint yellowish glow on that safe spot, indicates that this is the correct one. It's kinda hard too see but it is there.

Same thing can happens at the fight with Archivist, but everyone nuke him anyway, so it's not so noticeable.

Yup we found this one out going for trifecta first run had that bug and it was the only death

really says something when a dungeon released on day 1 with a game breaking bug thats gone over 2 years without being fixed
