NIGHTBLADE's AMBUSH not working

My Nightblade AMBUSH (Teleport Stike) skill IS NOT WORKING at Imperial City and Cyrodiil. I have reports of other players having the same bug. My Dragon knight Ferocious Leap and its Two Handed Critical Rush (Critical Charge) are not working at PvP areas too.
The buttons are not highlighted as the skills were canceled somehow. Before upgrade 27 and IC event all those skills were working normally.
I ask ZoS to acknowledge the problem, please. That Nightblade skill is a very important part of my build, and I ask you to fix it ASAP.
