Game inhibiting CC break bug with exact replication included in post

There is a pretty horrible CC break bug that exists right now and you can recreate it instantly 100% of the time.
Below I will link a short 11s streamable video link of me showing how to create the bug.
-- Please note, the first CC is done correctly to show that it does function correctly. The second CC is done by mashing (best done with scroll wheel bind) "interrupt" a few times to show the bug where you get stuck on the ground, instantly pop up and get locked out of your skills for a brief moment.
THIS IS A INHIBITING BUG AND NEEDS ATTENTION ASAP
First CC break is done properly, second is done by using scroll wheel down to replicate the issue

HOW TO CREATE THE BUG AND WHAT IT IS:
1: bind cc break to scroll wheel down.
2: scroll down while breaking
When this happens in lag you WILL get locked out of casting skills for a brief moment. It feels horrible and has only occurred since the Stonethorn launch.

FuryOfTyphon✭✭✭Playing from New Zealand, this happens to me 100% of the time at the moment.
I only play during offpeak hours when the server is at one bar population, even then I can only 350-450 ping before massive spikes.
Nothing like what prime time would bring.
This bug makes the game completely unplayable for me and my partner and we usually log within 15 mins.
