(BUG) Riven King's Throne not sittable

I got a nice looking Riven King's Throne from scrying. Went to place it in one of my houses. I could not get the housing editor to place the item in a way that it is usable. I tried the align button as well as moving it all over the place. It always has the yellow halo around it (indicating it is a usable item in an un-usable location). If I place it, I can not sit in it.
I have another seat that I got from scrying that does the same thing. I can't remember exactly which item it is though. If I find it again, I will update the post.
