Frostborn Durzog Mangler with large horns?

Noticed a player in Cyro on a mount that looked like the Frostborn Durzog Mangler with large horns. Just bought the Mangler in the crown store, but the large horns are lacking. Did the other player have a different mount or is there a way to get the Mangler to grow some horns (so that it looks less weird/***)?

✭The horns appear on a mount with maxed out Hp or stamina cant remember exactly.

When you go to Crown store preview, you can toggle the looks between Stamina, Storage, Speed or All in the selection option below the mount.0
