Bolt escape/Streak/Ball of Lightning

It seems since yesterday using any of that 3 abillities will port you forward, then a split second back again in which you can get hit actually and then forward again.
Not only is it annoying, but getting hit in that weird port back is pretty destructive if you use it as escape skill.
I don't know if that is the case with other gapclosers too, I only noticed it on those 3 till now.

hakan✭✭✭✭✭I didnt experience it with Stampede skill but Shade skill teleport sometimes do it.
Like you teleport back to shade but then go a little bit forward afterwards.0
