Category Hall of the Lunar Champion Hurricane

Is there a way to remove the roaring hurricane wind from the Hall of the Lunar Champion? I bought a music box and hoped it would remove the horrid sound. But alas it did not. I can barely hear the music box with the sound of constant roaring wind blasting through my speakers.
If there is no fix, I'll have to move my primary residence somewhere that I won't have to deal with a category 5 hurricane inside.

The noise is likely from the portals, you can lower effect or ambient volume and see if that helps
