The Anvil of Old Orsinium seems to be bugged again

Spent the last 3 days farming for the anvil, killed over 50 bosses (each boss many many times) and hundreds of mobs and no lead. Has anyone seen the lead drop recently?

I recently picked one up, I believe last week. The anvil lead was one of the harder to get for me as well. I never had a boss drop the lead, I've only had luck with it off the mobs (wrathful guardians) in the room and room next to the group challenge boss. Hope this helps.1 -

That did it! Thanks! On the 6th time through it finally dropped of one of the mobs in the forge boss area.1 -

I picked one up 2 days ago. I think mine came from an add pull. Last time I got one, which was around a month ago I got it from the spider boss.0

From your description, you are not going about trying to get the lead in the right fashion. The lead only drops from the mobs outside the furnace and the immediately adjacent room. It does not drop from bosses. ...at least it wasn't dropping from bosses when I got it.0
