5 key coffers are meh. They give you the same amount of chance per key to get the shoulders you want (on non dlc dungeons) for the price of getting only 1 shoulder instead of 5. It is ridiculous and should be adjusted for 3 keys per coffer.

Yes, the 5-key coffers aren't generally worth it right now. That will change as Urgarlag's inventory grows though. Eventually, they'll be the way to go for DLC monster shoulders, and I'm not sure that's a bad thing.

Also, the odds for the 5-key coffers don't get worse over time because new coffers get added as new dungeons become available.
