ESO log website maint. contributing to massive lag spikes on PCNA?

Just curious....maybe ZOS will pipe in with any info but spikes on PCNA have been crazy huge, 999+, and i notice the log website is down.....issues maybe?

[11:57 PM] Kihra: WHen I first forked FF/ESO off of WCL and gave them their own hardware, I had to do so by making a database replica of the original db
[11:57 PM] Kihra: This db is gigantic in terms of allocated storage, and so I need to shrink it down (since the WoW part is removed from it now) in order to reduce costs
[11:57 PM] Kihra: I attempted to do a migration with ongoing replication but it had too many errors and kept stalling out.
[11:58 PM] Kihra: Therefore I've been forced to do a migration without replication which means I had to lock out all access to the db while performing the migration
