✭✭✭✭Several of the datamines are talking about it coming with the "Lost Treasures of Skyrim" event, which is going to be the Greymoor version of Dragon Rise.
We don't know though if it's gonna be like the Grand Psijic Villa and given away for enough players getting the achievement or if it'll end up in the store for sale.0 -

Heartbreak.
No one has any way of knowing if that bundle will be sold for crowns or included as part of the event. Previous events have included a house, a costume, and pets for free.
We have to wait for details on the Lost Treasures of Skyrim event.2
