Immovable heavy armor ability

In cyrodiil I witnessed fossilize go right through this ability immediately after hitting the button. Ps4 Pro NA. @ZOS_GinaBruno
Further noticing the Immovable potions are also doing the same thing. Not stopping all crowd control.
