[PS4][EU][NA] Bars n abilities stuck in combat while in PvE group content (trials/dungeons)

At some point in a trial today (Cloudrest) and at a dungeon (Falkreath Hold) my abilities/bar swapping got stuck:
- On the trial, I got stuck in the portal after the Shadow picked me into the air. After a group member resurrected me, bar n abilities started working again.
- On the dungeon (dlc's today pledge) I got stuck after I used my Ultimate (Swarming Scion). Bar n abilities were stuck even after a group member resurrected me, even after I died and resurrected myself. Even after I tried /reloadui.
I needed to leave group because I couldn't do anything besides move...
Dungeon - PS4, NA server. Trial - PS4, EU server
ZOS please fix this ASAP: It's game breaking when it happens.
