Currently working through The Strangeness of Seht and I'm at the end of this particular quest where it's time to speak with Varuni Arvel to continue forward and she does not speak. Her mouth does not move at all, and she does not recite the dialogue. Occasionally, when I choose a certain response she will move as though she's making a point or something, but her mouth never moves and no words are spoken.
