Potentates 2 piece bonus is reduce to 3% on PTS, but the change is on listed in any patch notes. Given that it is a 3 piece set, shouldn't the 2 piece bonus be higher than comparative 2-4 bonuses from 5 piece sets?

✭I really hope this was a mistake bc as it is this new PVP DPS are running raw dmg and this helps tremendously on my healer.0
