This isnt p2w. That term is to make yourself stronger via real money which isnt case here.

Crown trading? Also yes this is the definition of P2W
also not to mention zos still hasnt figured out how to make CP's calculations not bog the server down. I do not think adding another layer on top of that entirely is at all a good idea

Its very disadvantageous to new players or players who, you know, don't care to spend all their time grinding for gold/AP or just buying crowns and trading gifts to make gold for these proposed benefits.
Guilds would have to pass the costs on to their members, which hurts newer guilds who don't have the cash reserves and guilds that cater to newer players. Guilds need to be accessible to all players since they are so heavily tied to the trading system.
CP is in the process of being reworked, slowly. ZOS hasn't given us any hints about how they plan to rework it, afaik.
I do realize that after a certain point, your gold/AP and CP just becomes a meaningless number once you have enough to do anything you want, but I don't think this is an acceptable way to benefit people who have an excess.
(Note: I have millions in gold and AP, and can make roughly 1 million gold a week when I farm consistently for raw mats and nirncrux. I've got well over the current CP cap. I'm one of those player who could benefit from this change, and I still don't think its good for most players.)

And I'll add that, having read your comments here, it sounds like advancing rich players and rich guilds at the expense of new players/guilds or players with less time to spend in game is a feature for you, not a bug.
about that and talking about who will pay for 1% million? or 10 for 5% is the top content For someone they are noticeable for someone not? got you have the right to spend! ready to pay 2,000,000,000 for 50% per month yes please! Nafarmili Get together, cooperate, wake up to steer! I think this is the norm. I repeat! This is for the duration of the skill How buffs are temporary Paid vroya increased did not pay buff slept dropped in level! at least 50% at least 500% to Health or damage if you are ready to pay trillions! it makes sense for the players to sweat for me so it's fun! and the players have fun and people who don't have much time can give them the opportunity to earn extra kroons! or Guilds compete among Themselves! count up with a brow with 500% hp for example? Well, if they have amassed billions of GOOD MEN, we need to praise them. Let them farm and run for a month with a buff of 500% Health and 200% Damage, their right! Moreover, there is already a division between Champions and non-champions in the PVP arena. We have a cultural conversation
