Scaling on highest offensive stat for Blood for Blood on Vampire line please

Hey,
as i stated in title, i want that Blood for Blood scale for Stamina/Weapon Damage user too. It just doesnt make sense, that it doesnt. At Launch everybody said it should scale, because it costs Health. I made a build on live server depending on that ability and and doesnt made any damage with stamina. Since it get nerfed now, maybe it can scale now on highest offensive stat.
Please, give me my Stamina Melee Vampire Build i always wanted
