Server friendly burning light solution

Game will generate a 1 to 4 number every 4 aedric spear damage tick. Lets say it is '3'.

'3': Player will have to deal 3 times to proc it. 4th hit never gonna proc BL.

'1': your first atack will proc BL. Other 3 never procs.
'2': your 2nd atack proc. 1st, 3rd and 4th never gonna proc.
'4': your 4th atack proc BL like in pts, others never proc.

This fix will reduce rng a lot, it wont be taxing on server because server dont calculate 25% with every tick, direct damage skills will still have BL value.

What I suggest vs PTS: in pts, '4' is set. What I suggest rotates '1', '2', '3', '4' to make it feel more similar to live patch.

What I suggest vs live: server have to generate a number time aedric spear hits something. My suggestion reduce this to 1 generation every 4 tick. Boht of these can proc at 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th atack.

    No thank you. ZOS made correct decision regarding this passive. GG ZOS on finally addressing something that was a clear advantage.

    It's a decent decision for ONE skill, and that is jabs/sweeps. To every other skill in the Adreadic Spear Line it is a straight nerf because it takes four hits to proc (from what I've read the window to get to four is 2 seconds) in which case it can't be proc'd from anything other then jabs with the global cool down. I main a templar and wouldn't mind if they just said it can only proc on the 4th jabs hit, as long as it still had a chance to proc on other skills, the way this reads is it won't, and that will seriously hurt damage output....

    The window is less than 2s. My Burning Light progress reset when I had a 1.6s gap between damage ticks on PTS.

    I do think this window should be extended. In PVP you should be able to hit the enemy, build a couple BL stacks, get CC’d, CC break, attempt to hit your enemy, if they dodge then attempt to hit again, before losing any BL progress. I’m not sure exactly what this works out to, 3s? 4? 5? But I do think that an enemy hitting you with a stun and/or dodging shouldn’t be able to ensure you never proc Burning Light.

    It is a bad change for every single scenario except for PVE for those who use sweeps/jabs in their rotation.

    Needs to be reworked.

    This whole patch is a joke. Hey lets have you work just as hard for 8-10% less of a result.
