So many creative opportunities there, just leave it at one buff at a time. 60 minutes or so.

If the buffs actually make it worthwhile to feed it'd be nice, but the current creative leads feel like vampires need to be heavily punished for feeding to get a hold of some passives that are not really worth it in the end. Stage 2's passive is just fluff, stage 3's passive is actually really useful, but stage 4's passive is just a quality of life improvement. Lets you cheese dungeons and get around places like Cyrodiil and the Imperial City unseen, but ultimately doesn't help you in an actual fight and comes with a -100% health regeneration debuff.

If we got buffs like a small 5% increase in weapon damage by a eating a deer for example that'd be neat. ((I think that's what you're referring to, right?))

A deer? I think they mean eating a Dremora or another Vampire.

Daedra and vampires are humanoids. A non-humanoid is something like a cat, dog, bird, squirrel, squid, etc, etc.....

How about making feeding more mandatory first?
If you are at stage 1 too long you revert to "stage 0" and start losing XP in the vampire skill line, potentially reducing the access you have to skills.
And make the Vampire skill line advance by feeding, not by just doing anything. Right now you can put a fruit salad in a daily writ box and get better as a vampire. That's just ludicrous.
