Discussion about Jorvulds, MA / WM and Arkasis

With the recent item changes there are some interesting ideas and combinations flowing around optimizing for DPS. The idea of this post is to not ask for a nerf, but to see if these changes are intended. No one wants to see another nerf in 6.2 when people get used to the current 6.1 meta

1. Jorvulds + MA with 500 ulti gives around 50 seconds of major slayer. This can be a prebuff too in PC using add-ons, since 50 seconds of major slayer is quite a lot in 4 man content and the sets can be swapped quickly using a hotkey
2. Arkasis works on multiple people, so before a trash fight multiple members of the group can wear the set, chug potions and potentially have full ulti before every single encounter. This can be combined later on with Jorvulds + MA. Groups will come up with interesting pre-buff methods and build for insane burst particularly on thrash packs and first 30-45 seconds of a boss fight

Overall the changes to MA and WM are good, but please take a look at these edge cases and see if these are actually intended. Would hate to see a nerf in the fall patch if ZOS thinks the edge cases are not intended
